One of our clients have two drilling rig NOV Ideal 1500 hp with BRANDT Cobra shale shaker, he inquired many companies for replacement shale shaker adapts the same shaker screen with Cobra shale shaker. He had not got satisfactory solution. While they tend to GN, they did.
GN have 2 shaker models adaptes the same shaker screen with Cobra: GNZS63-3 &GNZS63-4. GN suggest them with GNZS63-4 shale shaker.The same 4-panel shale shaker as Brandt Cobra.
They also feedback the current equipments they matched for their 1500hp drilling rig is 2 shale shaker, 1 vacuum degasser, 1 desander and 1 desilter. They feedback the desander and desilter do not work very well as there were no beneath shale shaker. And they want add a mud cleaner with shaker screen interchangeable with their shale shaler. GN easily solute this problem: GN adapts the same shaker model: GNZS63-4 for the mud cleaner, and 24 pieces 4’’ & 3 pieces 12’’ hydrocyclone cones.
This new mud cleaner can absolute work well for 1500hp mud system. Clients feel very satisfactory with GN services and said he will sure come back to GN for complete mud system in the near future.
