Last week, GN Solids America and GN Solids Control attended OTC2015 in Houston, TX, USA. In this yearly oil and gas festival, GN Solids Control and GN Solids America showed its newly updated vertical cuttings dryer, series decanter centrifuges, and newly designed dual motional shale shaker.
GN solids control and GN Solids America has 2 booths in OTC2015, and both booths attracted enough eyeballs of visitors, who are from not only in North America and South America, but also from other countries and nations like Africa and Middle East.

- GN vertical cuttings dryer. Now in the market and jobsites most customers are using GN’s 3rd generation vertical cuttings dryer, with a speed of 900RPM ( in case of VFD controlled model is 0-900RPM) and the diameter of screen is 930mm. Early this year, GN designed 2 new models of vertical cuttings dryer. Comparing with the 3rd generation, one new model has a smaller and more compact structure, while another has a higher speed. All GN vertical cuttings dryers have a feature in common, it could be used in both WBM and OBM.
- GN decanter centrifuges, more optional configurations and more size available. From the big bowl decanter centrifuge of 22 inch bowl diameter to baby centrifuge with a small bowl of 9 inch diameter bowl, and both fixed speed control panel and VFD control panel for option for some models. The GNLW553-VFD, GNLW363CG-VFD and GNLW223 all shown in OTC2015.
- GN shale shaker and High-G shaker are always popular equipment among GN products, this year, GN newly designed a dual motional shale shaker for GNZS594, now GN has both linear motional and dual motional available.
GN Solids America is the first branch company of GN Solids Control, and it is also the first USA based Chinese Solids Control company. It was established in year 2014, later, GN also started an office in Moscow, and Moscow Oil Show will be held in June soon.
