Trailer Mounted CBM Drilling Mud Cleaning System

CBM drilling usually has smaller drilling depth compared with Oil/gas drilling. correspondingly the mud cleaning system of CBM drilling is much smaller than oil/gas drilling mud system. But in spite of its smalle size. CBM drilling mud cleaning system usually consist of the same equipments like oil/gas drilling mud system. It should be emphasied that the drilling fluid is part of a circulating system,comprising the fluid itself,the mud pump,solids control equipments, when the drilling mud returns to the surface, it passes through a series of devices to remove the solids.The first-phase device is usually the shale shakers which have tilted,vibrating screens that filter out larger cuttings and let them slide off into collection containers; secondry-phase usually are hydrocyclones which use  fluid inertia to swirl the fluid in a conical chamber,letting the solids drop out the bottom;third-phase is centrifuge which can remove ultra-fine solids. Shear pump is also called shearing pump,which is a centrifugal pump,but used for shearing of drilling mud chemicals,shearing the bentonite.The GN shear pump reduces the cost of mixing polymers and clays while improving mud properties.Shearing the polymers eliminates fish eyes and prevents polymer chaining,which can't pass through the shaker screen, GN shear pump is available as a belt-driven or diesel-driven package including a hopper,mud gun,and transfer line orifice plate. GN 4'' desilter for sale

GN 4'' desilter is used as the 3rd stage of solids control for drilling mud. It's designed to efficiently remove silt sized solids (15-25 microns ) from drilling fluids. GN desilters are easier to operate and maintain, The desilter cones are manufactured using polyurethane that has excellent resistance to heat and abrasion.  The working life of GN desilter is more than twice as long as conventional desilters.

GN have 3 models for desilter. Each model configured with 8 units desilter cones,12 units desilter cones,and 16 units desilter cones separately .The processing capacity of each model are 500GPM, 1000GPM and 1500GPM correspondingly. To achieve the optimum performance, The user need to choose a corretly sized centrifugal feed pump to ensure the correct head of pressure  is delieverd to the desilter cones. MONO pump is mainly called single screw pump in China. It can also be called helical rotary pump and progressive cavity pump.

MONO pump for power transmission systems is generally used on submarines. Although low in efficiency and expensive, the mono pump is suitable forhigh pressures (3000 psi), and delivers fluid with little noise or pressure pulsation.

MONO pump is a new type pump which is designed according to joggle cubage principle. The main parts are screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing (stator).

Because of the special geometry shape of the two parts, they form pressurize capacity separately. The fluids flow along with the shaft, inner flow speed is slow, capacity remains, pressure is steady, so it will not generate vortex and agitating. The output pressure of each class pump is 0.6Mpa, head 60m( for clean water), Self-suction height is more than 6m.

It can drive by coupler, or adjust the speed by using high speed motor, Triangle V-belt, gear box, etc
